Kayla is a lawyer in Olivine Lawyers’ commercial and construction practice, working across both advisory matters and disputes.
She assists clients with the preparation and negotiation of commercial agreements, as well as representing them in complex disputes when issues arise. This dual focus gives Kayla a practical, prevention-oriented mindset — she understands how contracts operate in the real world and how they are tested in litigation.
